Here we have a hard to find TACO BELL TALKING CHIHUAHUA DOGS FAST FOOD DISPLAY from 1999. The sign on the display says: "NEW TACO BELL CHIHUAHUAS - COLLECT ALL 3!". When this promotion for the talking Chihuahuas came out to Taco Bell there were only 3 in 1999, towards the end of the year the Santa hat version came out. The other mounting areas on this display are untouched and never had any new dogs attached. Look at the upcoming talking signs too, promotion change? only the Taco Bell marketing must know. As 2000 approached the 2nd wave promotion was lanched, 4 other Chihuahuas were produced, they did have the talking boxes inside them with more Taco Bell phases.
